Happy Gotcha Day, Brainball! It's PAW-TAY Time!

From Mom and Dad: Brainball, you've been one of our most precious life gifts. You were the first kitty we had together, and because of you, we discovered the joy of being kitty parents. And there was no looking back. You, our true and steadfast Alpha Cat, began a Kitty Dynasty: the Ballicai, and you shall forever bear the title Ballicus the First (Ballicus I). Thank you, precious Brainball, for the joy you bring to our family every day, thank you for your sweet, loving, tough, steadfast nature, thank you for being the kitty who watches over the rest of us with vigilance, protection, and abiding love. We adore you, our first kitty daughter, our trusted friend, our cherished companion of many years, our Good Ol' Brainball, our precious ambulatory fuzzball with eyes. May we all share many, many, many more happy years together.

From Dorydoo: Hey there, Brainball, I wish you the best Gotcha Day ever! With my Gotcha Day wish comes worlds of thanks and appreciation for all you have done for me and all you have taught me. You helped Momma raise me. You became my Momcat, the Momcat I didn't ever have to leave. You and I made fast friends, and I found a warm, secure place in your big and loving heart and against your welcoming, floofy tummy. I am a big girl now, all grown up at almost-three years old, but I will always be your little Dorydoo, you'll always be my Momcat I never have to leave, and I will always love you more than I can say.

From Marilyn: Brainball, I know that sometimes you and I have our differences, but I love you very much, and my respect for you is immense. You are like the Great Warrior Queen Boudicea come back to earth as a cat, and you are an excellent influence on me, little Marilyn MonREOW with her oh-so-dreamy nature *smile*. You have taught me a great deal about both toughness and diplomacy, about standing one's ground with all four paws planted firmly on the earth and working things out. I learn something new from you every day, and I am so happy that you let me kiss your sweet ear yesterday. Sister dear, I wish you a wonderful, happy Gotcha Day.

From Chairman MaoMao: Wowie, Brainball, you're been with Momma and Daddy fur six years? That'sa whole lotta years! I think I must be the luckiest kittyboy in the world to wind up inna housie where you're the Alpha Cat. You teach me a lot efurry day about patrollin', lookin' after the other sisturs, lookin' after the beans, and all sorts of impawtant Alpha Cat stuff, and I know that you're groomin' me to be Ballicus II someday, and I can only hope that I'll make you proud when I'm followin' in your paw-steps. You're a tuff act to foller, and though I hope to be as good an Alpha Cat as you someday, I could nefur, efur be bettur. You're not only my sistur but you're my bestest friend and my mentor and a superduper cuddlebuddy, too. I love you, Brainball, and thankies for bein' the bestest big sistur a kittyboy could efur have. (And you take the bestest baths and you have the bestest pink tummy, hehe!)

From Brainball: Awwww. *sniff*. Thank you, everybody. I couldn't have had a happier home these past six years, and I hope I am here for sixty more years (MaoMao, it might be a while before you ascend to Ballicus II *wink*). I love all of you, and before I get too dad-blasted mushy (*sniff, sniff, sniff*), I'll get this party rockin'! HOOAH!!!!

PARTY ON THE BLOG!!!!

We've got 'nip, we've got tuna, we've got tuna juice, and we've got 'niptinis and tunatinis and lobster, shrimp, and stinky goodness by the bucketful, too! Everybody come party whenever you like, as often as you like! I love all of you, my Cat Blogosphere friends, and guess what... if you've never before seen a Butt Kickin' Girl Alpha Cat get seriously NIPPED, then you're in for a treat! *chortle*!

We Ballicai Rock... and Whatta Great Party!

Cool Beaniez! My buddy Jeter awarded me the Rockin' Boy Blogger Awardie! Thank you so much, buddy! That's such an honor, and I really appreshiate it.

And let's see, I'm gonna award the Rockin' Boy Blogger Awardie to...

Mickey -- Jeter's bruther: an ecksellent, brilliant, and artikulate mancat who I'm thinkin' will be my fyooture bruther-in-law onna these days.

Ben Fuzz -- he's a bee-yootiful kitty, floofy, fun, and fabyoolus, and he's my bruther cuz he's Marilyn's bruther.

Yoggie -- he's another superduper kitty, a good pal, and he's also my bruther cuz he's Marilyn's brother. He's gone for a bit, while his beans are on vakashun, but when he gets back, he'll have a happy surprise.

Ali -- he's a great mancat, sweet and kind, and a great boyfurriend to the lovely Miss Peach.

Caesar -- a sweet and loving kittyboy and an inspiration to us all.

Sheesh, I only get to do five?? I could a LOT MORE. There are so many rockin' boycat bloggers.

And guess what else! My furr-iend Parker awarded the Rockin' Blogger Girl Awardie to alla my sisturs, Marilyn, Brainball, and Dorydoo!

I'm so ecksited fur 'em that I'm spazzin' all ofur the house, and my sisturs are furry happy, too. This'll be Marilyn's second awardie, and Brainball and Dorydoo are thrilled -- Brainball efun interrupted her Big Bad Butt Alpha Girlcat Patrol duties to poze for a pickshure.

And Dorydoo's smilin' fur the kamera!

I asked Brainball and Dorydoo who they wanna nominate (Marilyn already nominated some girlkitties with her first awardie), and they picked...

Fiona -- Dorydoo loves Fiona. She thinks of her like a little sister-twin.

Kellie -- Brainball loves Kellie cuz Kellie's a big orange girl like Brainball.

Prinnie -- Dorydoo and Brainball both talk about what a sweet girlcat Prinnie is and whatta good sistur she is to Caesar. And Prinnie is Dorydoo's inspirashun to be nicer to me, hehe!

DaisyMae Maus -- Brainball thinks DaisyMae's fun and sweet and purr-etty, and she's so nice and kind to effuryone.

Jade -- Dorydoo just loves Jade -- she admires Jade's tuff, can-do attitude, her spirit, and her bee-yooty, too!

But we really wanna nominate efurrykitty on the kitty bloggiesphere -- boys and gurls -- cuz you are all superduper kitties and each one furry speshul.

Now to what I did today. I am wore plumb out.

Marilyn and me went to the Kattonic Cats' (Zippy, Sadie, and Speedy) Gotcha Day and Purrthday Party. I was hopin' Ariel would be there and Marilyn was hopin' Mick would be there, but it was a really fun party efun though we missed our sweeties.

Miles Meezer and Sanji helped me kill evil coffee stirrers, and we played tub hockey with ham (I think, or was that a niptini halloosinashun? maybe we just ate the ham) and we also played Kill the Red Dot. I started gettin' smashed on niptinis and tunatinis, and Marilyn didn't want me to have no more and efun started talkin' about takin' me home. Sheesh, she was acktin' more like my momma than like my big sistur. Well, she's a whole lot older than me, so she thinks she's gotta look out for me and take care of me.

Efun though Marilyn wouldn't let me have no more tunatinis (tunatinis is made with toona joice), Parker slipped me one where Marilyn couldn't see, and guess what. I chugged it like a chug monster, then I BARFED. Oh yes, I did... and efurrykitty had to take cofur. My barf went all way to Japan and maybe efun to Mars. The beans in the white coats (yeah, I know how that sounds, hehe) took me to a speshul barfie room and got me all cleaned up and blow-dried, and after I barfed, I felt lots bettur. *whew* boy, am I gonna have a hangofur tomorrow.

Ariel, sweetie, you woulda loved the party (not my barf, but I promise I wouldn't have barfed on you), and I missed you bunchies and bunchies!
