Marilyn MonREOW's Photo Shoot

Hello everyone, and *blowing kisses* to my special friend Mickey Mantle. It's me, Marilyn MonREOW, blogging today. I'm happy to say that I was well-coiffed for my photo shoot. Here I am, posing on the window perch.

I sure hope Mickey likes my pictures *blush*.

Here's my favorite picture. Don't you think I'd look nice in a red, sparkly gown?

And here's a closeup *purrrrrr*. I think this is my best side, don't you?

Marilyn MonReow, you are very beautiful! I love your two-color eyes. And you would look fabulous in a red sparkly gown. I think Mickey will be very impressed.

You are so beeyoutiful Marilyn MonReow!!!!

Maw wants to know if you are deaf on your blue eye side? Because many all-white blue-eye kitties are deaf. The gene that causes a lack of pigmentation also causes the inner ear to not finish developing. And, sometimes, white cats with two color eyes are deaf on the blue side. We think our Davy was deaf on his blue side. Just wondering.

My Dear Marilyn,
My goodness ... I had to catch my breath looking at your beautiful photographs. You certainly are photogenic.
I just asked my brother Jeter if I could possibly post a photo on his blog especially for you. He said "yes" ... so I'll be doing that right now.
Yours truly,
Mickey

Hello, Daisy, Forty Paws and Maw, and the Meezers! You're all so nice *kiss*. I can see why my little brother MaoMao likes blogging so much!

*blush*, I can't wait to hear from Mickey *purrrrrr* and *slow blinky eyes*.

And Forty Paws and Maw, yes, like Davy, I'm deaf on my blue-eyed side. When I showed up as a stray kitty at Momma and Daddy's last November, one of the first things they noticed was that my hearing was kind of... strange. Because I'm deaf on one side, I startle easier than the other Ballicai at certain kinds of noises, but I'm not high-strung by nature at all. I'm superduper laid-back and lovey, especially with beans.

When I meow, I never just meow. I either say nothing at all and am really quiet and demure, or I holler loud, loud, loud (usually when it's time for stinky goodness)! There's no in-between for me when it comes to talking. Momma and Daddy thinks it's cute how I do that!

*purrrrrrrrrs* to all from Marilyn MonREOW.

My dear Mickey,

*purrrrrrrrrrrrr*, I'm so happy you liked my photographs. I'm sending slow blinky eyes to you. You have warmed my girlish heart!

And oh my, I will be so excited to see pictures of you on your brother Jeter's blog! Momma will need to keep smelling salts handy for me because you're such a handsome mancat.

Very purringly yours,

Marilyn MonREOW

Dearest Mickey,

Ooooh, your photo made me swoon and just about faint, you're such a big, handsome mankitty. And I love the cool, calm look on your face, like you're King of your Jungle and you know it! Oh my, oh my dear, I'm going to need those smelling salts again just thinking about it.

Thank you for posting the photo especially for me. My photo shoot was especially for you, too *kiss*. I'm so happy to have you as my special friend.

Oh so purringly yours,

Marilyn MonREOW

Marilyn, you are gorgeous... and I am not just saying that because I am partial to white kitties or anything.
Your pink ears are lovely too. Yes, a sparkly red gown would be divine!!!!

It's me, Marilyn again. Thank you so much, Karen Jo, and Caesar and Princess! All of you blogging kitties are so nice, and I'm still *swooning* over Mickey.

I'd love to get a sparkly gown someday. I think the sparkles would go really nice with my shiny fur.

*blowing kisses* and *purrrrrrrrs* to all,

Marilyn MonREOW

You are a very beautiful cat, Marilyn. It is easy to see why you have Mickey Mantle as a special friend. :)

Hi Marilyn MonReow,

Thanks for answering our question. We're sorry that you startle easily. We wish we had known about blue-eye white cat deafness before Davy was killed. It might have helped us understand him better. He was VERY HIGH STRUNG, unlike you.

Oh, we love you in your beeyoutiful red gown.

*purrrrr*, Marilyn here. Thank you so much, Dragonheart! You are a fine and elegant, handsome fellow yourself.

And thank you, Forty Paws! I remember when Momma read about Davy. My heart, along with those of all the Ballicai, went out to him and to you.
