Dorydoo Does the Proverb Meme

Dorydoo here! MaoMao said I could blog today -- I'm excited! So I thought I'd do the proverb meme that was going around the Cat Blogosphere a while back -- I love proverbs.

First and foremost:

A Black Cat in a Household Shall Always Signify Good Luck.

Also important:

With sufficient skill, there is no door that cannot be opened, no top on a container that cannot be popped.

I don't think MaoMao will like this one, but I'll offer it anyway:

With sufficient intimidation, there is no little brother who cannot be properly subdued.

And:

An extensive vocabulary of trills and squeaks will keep everyone in your household on their toes.

Last, but never least:

When you long to be the first cat on the moon, there is no substitute for aerial, acrobatic ability.

You write very good proverbs, Dorydoo. I think my favorite is the second one, although the first one is right up there.

Dorydoo, those are some fantastic proverbs. After you get to the moon, maybe you can have a career as a sage.

Dorydoo!
Don't tell Mosaic Cats I'm on their blog. They will sh*t! (but it won't be stinky like mine 'cuz I'm still adjustin' to the new foods. Stinky Badness!)

We do look alike, but for our eyes.
I can't believe my LUCK. The first site I visited was this one, once I figured out how to log on, and here are your first two proverbs! I'm workin' it hard here, Guurrll, to get a furever home! Mosaic Lady needs as much luck as she can get! Also, number 2 (not MY number stinky 2. Yours!) is amazing because guess what I just showed them I can do today? Take the tops off of the holes in the floors where the hot and cold airs come through! I don't mind all the dust and spider webs at all. I clean up pretty!

I think we have a lot in common and should keep in close touch. Maybe you can tell me how to bribe Sadie and Bianca into wanting to be family with me? The dawg, Willie and Mosaic Lady are pretty much already mine.

Dorydoo, you are VERY good at the proverb meme! We thought we would try to do it but we had more trouble than we expected on it. Guess we're not good at proverbs. Yours are great!
